Rebuild what measurably paid
The tracker shows where companies’ AI gains go. Membership shows how the best-documented use cases were built, and how to rebuild each one with tools a single person can buy.
Every playbook starts from a published result and says who measured it. It ends with a plan to measure your own.

What you can rebuild
Each playbook is built from one entry in the free use-case database and its public source. Results are quoted as the source reported them, with a note on how strong the evidence is.
-
01 · Available now · Team leads and operators who own a support queue or shared inbox
The case-reply copilot
Tag every new support case and have a sourced reply draft waiting before anyone opens it. Rebuilt from smart Europe’s Case Handler, scaled down to one team and one workflow tool.
“40% decrease in case resolution times … 20% increase in ‘first contact resolution’”
-
02 · Available now · Anyone whose day is back-to-back conversations followed by write-ups, such as managers and consultants
Notes that write themselves
Turn every client or team conversation into a structured, quote-backed note and a follow-up draft, so documentation stops eating your evenings. Rebuilt from the ambient documentation CHRISTUS Health rolled out with Abridge.
“Clinicians spent an average of 60% less time on documentation outside of work hours”
-
03 · Available now · Analysts and operators who write some Excel formulas, SQL or Python and have a backlog of small automations
Build the internal tool yourself
Use an AI pair programmer to write the small scripts and tools you would otherwise wait months for, and test your own speed-up the way GitHub’s randomised experiment did.
“developers who used GitHub Copilot completed the task significantly faster–55% faster than the developers who didn’t use GitHub Copilot”
-
04 · In preparation · Analysts and consultants who answer RFPs, due-diligence or ESG questionnaires
The two-hour questionnaire in fifteen minutes
Answer long, repetitive due-diligence and risk questionnaires from your own documents, with every answer linked to the page it came from.
“the banks using them have reduced the time required to answer climate risk questions by approximately 90 percent, from more than two hours to less than 15 minutes”
-
05 · In preparation · Lawyers and tax advisers who write the same kinds of analyses again and again
Up to ten hours a week back on first drafts
A drafting assistant that writes first drafts of memos and client letters from your own templates and precedents. You review and sign.
“Up to 10 hours of work saved per week per lawyer”
In every playbook
The same eight parts, in the same order, so the second one reads faster than the first.
- 01
The measured result, quoted as the source reported it, with a plain note on how much to trust it and what it does not show.
- 02
Why it paid off, the two or three design choices that did the work, and which of them carry over to one person or one team.
- 03
What you are building, the scaled-down version, in a paragraph you can forward.
- 04
A day-one version, that runs in a chat assistant before you automate anything, so you find out in an afternoon whether it works on your cases.
- 05
The automated build, step by step, with copy-ready prompts, a workflow template for n8n or Make where one fits, and a build sheet to fill in before you start.
- 06
Effort and cost, in days and euros, tools and model usage separately.
- 07
A measurement plan, that uses the source’s own metric, so the number you end up with is comparable to the published one.
- 08
The pitfalls, including any the original team published.
Who it is for
Managers. You own a support queue or a team whose days are meetings followed by write-ups. A playbook gives you a pilot on one queue or one week of meetings, with a before/after number at the end.
Consultants. You have to tell a client what a measured deployment actually consisted of, and what it would take at their scale. Each playbook names its source and how strong the evidence is. Effort is given in days, cost in euros.
Operators and analysts. You have a backlog of small automations and no engineers. Every playbook has a version that runs in a chat assistant, and, where it fits, an automated version in n8n or Make with the prompts and build sheet to copy.
The editorial rule
Money never changes a score.
Members, sponsors and partners cannot change a classification, the index or a measured effect. No company can pay to be added to the tracker or taken off it. Playbooks use only public sources, each one linked, and we take no money from the tool vendors they mention.
Questions
- What exactly do I get?
- Every playbook in the members’ library: 3 complete, 2 in preparation, and each new one as it ships. A playbook is the measured result and its source, why it paid off, a day-one version in a chat assistant, the automated build with copy-ready prompts, effort and cost, a measurement plan, and the pitfalls.
- Where do the results come from?
- From the public source behind each use case, usually a vendor blog, a press release or a published experiment. Each playbook links that source and quotes the result as reported, with a note on how strong the evidence is. We do not add numbers of our own.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. Every playbook starts with a version that runs in a chat assistant in an afternoon. For the automated version you should be comfortable with spreadsheets and app settings. You do not need to write code.
- Is the index or the use-case database behind the paywall?
- No. The AI Dividend Index, the company entries, the sector rankings and the measured use cases stay free and open. Membership pays for the build guides.
- How do payment and VAT work?
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They issue the invoice and handle VAT for your country. You can pay by card or the methods shown at checkout.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from the customer portal link in your receipt email. Access runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- Can my team use it?
- A membership is for one person. For teams, write to us and we will set up a team licence.
